Lacey
Lacey is not my horse but i used to lease her and once me and
my trainor were in the pasture and she was telling me about how
her horse took off with her and she couldnt stop him and he trough
her into the lake so they decided to put him in training. then
all of the sudden the lacey took off with me around the first
pasture and into the second and i couldnt stop her. ever since
then i have loved her and galloping

Flash is apony close to a horse he is a one of a kind he is
the sweetest horse alive and never gets mad you can do anything
with him except run him he goes insane!! i love this horse sooo
much and you can even take him trick or treating!trust me i know
well iwrote this because he is everything to me and i love him

Alvin
Hi I just wanted to tell you all how my pony is doing. Alvin
is being boarded because this Thoroughbred broodmare is very
upset because her foal got weaned a month ago. I miss having
Alvie around my property. Alvie has a personality that is very
devious. If you bathe him or groom him then turn him out he gives
you a look then rolls. He also makes it clear he prefers to be
fed immedietly when he sees you through the window. Alvie is
23, Appaloosa, 14.0, and a pony that likes to go for a quick
ride then go home and eat. He is my first pony I have been riding
4 3 yrs and I love him!|

Minstrel
Minstrel is my fave pony. He is the best jumper and he loves
barrelracing. One day I asked my instructor what Mini's (Mini
is his nick-name) fave thing to do is. She said all he ever does
when he is in his stable is eat. He is very smart and his fave
treat is salt + viniger chips, but I think he also likes sour
cream + onion. The last time I fell off him was in 2002. We were
jumping and I got unbalenced, this unballenced him and he lost
his striding.He jumped the jump a little too big and I came off.
I couldn't walk for days after this happened. And my sister said
the strange thing is that i've fallen off Mini the most, but
he's still my fave pony and I am more confident on him than I
am on any other pony.

Once upon a time there lived a horse named Mop Up The Gold but
there was one promblem none of the other horse's would play with
Mop Up The Gold. They diden't like his name because they thought
he was a slave and thier mothers and dads said not to play with
slaves or people who be mean to them.So one day Mop Up The Gold
decided to do something about it,so that day Mop Up The Gold
told the other horse's about his name.Then the horse's believed
him and they all lived happiely ever after. The End!

OF A HORSE AND HIS OWNER. HE WAS A VERY SPECIAL FRIEND TO HIS
ONLY LOVE HIS OWNER. WHEN THEY WERE TOGETHER THEY WERE AS ONE.
ONE FATAL DAY AUG 5,2003 THEY WENT ON THE FINAL RIDE THEY WOULD
EVER HAVE TOGETHER. THIS RIDE WAS THE WAY THEY BOTH HAD BEEN
ON ALMOST EVERYDAY BUT SOMETHING CHANGED THEIR WAY OF LIFE. TODAY
WOULD BE THEUR FINAL DAY TOGETHER, NO ONE KNEW A SPEEDING DRIVER
WAS HEADED THEIR WAY. AT THE CREST OF A HILL AND AROUND A CURVE,
THEIR DESTINY WAS PLANNED, TOGETHER THEY WOULD NEVER RIDE TOGETHER
AGAIN. BEFORE THE IMPACT OF THE CRASH THE HORSE MADE HIS FINAL
CHOICE. HE TURNED HIS BACK TO THE CAR AND TOOK THE BLOW. SO HIS
OWNER COULD LIVE AND HE MUST GO. HE WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED

Doc
One day I was at my riding school for my fortnightly lesson
with a close friend. Doc, the horse I ride, was already being
ridden so my friend and I were fussing over Larry, the horse
my friend rides. Larry is a little angel for my friend Tahlia,
but when I walked up to him he threw up his head, hitting my
hand “WHAM” into the rail he was tied to. Tahlia checked if I
was alright before getting back to work. I ignore the pain, but
later my whole finger nail went purple and it didn't go away
for months.Now, Doc, who is a little less spirited than Larry
did something he never usually does. After his lesson with me
we went to untack him. We then groomed him. Tahlia went over
to pick out his front hoof and he had a huge tantrum, squirming
about the whole time. This I was a bit worried about this, since
he is usually as quiet as a lamb when I pick out his hooves,
so I kept an eye on him when Tahlia did his back hoof. Tahlia
gently picked up his back hoof and Doc managed to wriggle free
and plant his hoof directly on Tahlia's foot! Tahlia tried to
wriggle free, but Doc had other ideas and kept his hoof in place.
Now, Doc is not a light horse, he stands at 16hh and is a muscly
Quarter horse, so I imagined it must of hurt! In the end I had
to push Doc off her ( I don't know how I did that ). Tahlia offered
me the hoof pick to me and decided it would be safer around his
head. I went to pick his hooves and he was a little angel. The
whole time Doc seemed to be smirking. It turns out Doc and Larry
are good friends, and so are me and Tahlia, but Doc doesn't seem
to like Tahlia and Larry doesn't seem to like me. What do you
think?

Perdie
I was riding my pony in the school when the person who owned
the Livery stables asked if she could share the school with me,
riding her stallion, which had just been broken. Even though
Perdie (my pony) wasn't in season, I was still worried. As soon
as Alex had got on the stallion (called River) he galloped after
Perdie! He threw Alex against the wall and ran after Perdie,
once more. I was getting very scared at this point so Alex's
Dad told me to quickly jump off. I ran over to Alex, who was
sat down, hurt but not crying. She was told to grab River's reins
as he was sniffing Perdie's tail. A couple of minutes later,
Alex's Dad gave me a very scared Perdie back and went to untack
River.
Alex has hurt her finger and her back but is ok and has ridden since.|

Fire Bird
It all started when an orange colt was born. It had a white
spot on its head that looked like a bird. I knew its mom died
when she was giving birth to this colt and she really wasn't
ours. We found her lying in our barn. She was wild. The colt's
mom was black and looked like it was beat up by a wolf. I named
her Fire Bird. Two years later my dad said “we have to return
her to her herd.” I held back my tears and said “no, why, she's
fine living here”. I couldn't hold the tears any more. “She belongs
in the wild. You know that”. He yelled. I woke up at 7:30 (as
usual) to feed Fire Bird. When I went into the barn her stable
door was open and she was gone. I went back into the house and
said to my dad “how could you “.”I found it like that”. He said.
All of a sudden I felt an urge to run away from home and look
for Fire Bird. I took a sleeping bag, a pillow, all of my clothes,
all of my stuffed animals, a camera, a bowl, a fork, spoon, a
knife, a picture of Fire Bird, medicines, and a big bag to cry
it all. That night I snuck out of the house.”She couldn't have
gotten that far”. I said to myself. A year later I was in a wild
place where wild horses roamed. I was so excited. I saw Fire
Bird standing as a leader of the herd. The very next day I got
to ride Fire Bird. When I got off I heard a gun shot. The second
shot got me right in the shoulder. Fire Bird helped me on her
back. She started for my house. At 9:52 pm I arrived at my house.
My mom came running out of the house yelling “thank you Fire
Bird so much”. Not noticing I was hurt until she picked me up.
Dad immediately called 911. After I was better Fire Bird came
back. Again. After we walked, played, and ran together she looked
at me. I knew she had to go back. I hugged her tight. Her eyes
told me don't let go. We'll see each other soon.

is very loyal. once when shana fell to the ground i fell with
her instead of running away she came back to make sure i was

Stardust
Stardust is just one of my best friends, Jessie's, fillies.
Their are 5 others but Stardust is the one I chose to train.
I come to Jessie's house once a week for
4-H. My other best friend, Kate, is the other girl in our
project. We each have a filly to train. Stardust is a 1 1/2 year old
quarter horse. She is a chesnut color with black on her legs and a coronet
on her left hind leg. She also has a little cross on her forehead and
a black mane and tail which I have to pick burrs out of forever. She
likes to nip people and tries to eat my hair and clothes. She is the
most excited and nervous of the bunch but she is also the cutest (in
my opinion) She loves to jump and I have seen her clear quite a few fences
when we are trying to train her. She is not coming along that badly though.
So far we have gotten a saddle on her and though she doesn't exactly
like it on her she is still okay. She is great when I lead her around
but catching her is whole different thing. She behaved like an angel
when we tried to get her halter on though. Stardust is an awesome colt
and I can't wait until I can ride her! |

Flash
You know, I was riding Flash one day with my friends. Soon
we got bored with walkin' and decided to gallop. Flash and I
were so close to beatin' my friend Jennifer, but my friend Brittany
and her cousin Joey closed in the gap. My friend Brooke was very
close to me and almost passed me, but we crossed the finish line
first.

Mini
This is a story about the worst fall I had. It was off my pony
Mini. We were jumping, and I was doing pretty good if I do say
so myself! But I had a problem with my balance coming towards
the jump. Mini is an excelent jumper! But on the last time Tibby
(my instructor) asked me to jump the 2'3 oxer one more time.
I lost my balance going over the jump so Mini lost his balance
and jumped it just a little too big...I saw the ground coming
closer and closer towards me. WHAM . I went to the hospital after
that... I couldn't walk for days afterwards.|

Sadie
Sadie is a palomino 10.0 pony. Alvin doesn't live at the riding
school Sadie lives at so i usually ride her for lessons. She
is 11 yrs and has a blaze runnin' down her face. She is one of
the cutest ponies I know. (In case u don't know, Alvin is my
23 yr old Appaloosa). Though Sadie is a kicker and dislikes every
other horse except Lightly, her buddy, She is a great riding
mount and is a favorite of mine. She has a fast canter, but she
is a hunter style pony like Alvie and i luv riding hunters. |

Hi I am cherie and I have a showhorse named Rhinestone Frosin
but i call her harley.I have won mostly all 1st places with her
and she has her bad days and good days.she severed a tendant
in her leg over the summer but she is recovering well.i also
ride a paint named Mason. i am in a 4-h club called Rough Riders.harley
is 11 just like me and she is a brown and white paint bet she
looks like a applossa.i love to run her out in our pasture and
i fall off sometimes because she is the fastest horse i own.to
me she is the best horse ever but to other people their horses
are the best.i have 2 horse but i want to tell yuo about my favorite.mybe

Hi Im Chelsea!!!!!! I want to tell you about some wonderful
horses!!! Yes Im the one who wrote about amber and all of them
but i have another story!!!! my uncle owns a huge ranch with
2 horses 2 ponies!!!! The horses are sunny sunny is a big buckskin
gelding. JUniper is my favroite shes a blue roan shes really
old but shes really sweet. The ponies are sewwtiepie and pattycake!!!!
They are both pintos they are so darn cute!!!!! Some horses from
Big Oak Ranch Summer horse camp that i love are Freckles, Rosie,
Jimmy, Decker, Topper, and many more!!!! JT and Wilbur had to
be put down we all love u!!!! Some horses from the barn that
i take lessons from are, amber ra oreo and more!!! I want to
